The location of the hotel is awesome. it’s more isolated away from the noise of the city. Our suite felt like home away from home.

Very good breakfast provided. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed the convenience of refrigerator and microwave. Very good FREE internet. No need to upgrade

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's probably the best front desk experience I have had because of Natalie. Room had a great layout, which provided lots of space, and an in-room ice maker was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast had an enjoyable variety of food for adults and children. The breakfast staff were very friendly and hospitable. All the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out.

The location is great! It's right up by the water across from the Pike and there's a walkway you can take to the Queen Mary area. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and this was the first time I ever saw a hotel's continental breakfast have soy milk!!! Even a lactose intolerant like me could enjoy a cereal. There's a gym and a pool which were both really nice. The beds were really soft and comfortable. The 5-guest suites are particularly comfortable, almost like a small apartment. Definitely would stay here again!

Enjoyed the view from the room. The kitchen was our wow factor and why we booked this hotel. Absolutely loved the haircare products. We actually ordered a few bottles. Enjoyed sitting in the lobby watching the guest enjoy the pool. The comfort of the bed and pillows just great. Great décor of the room and lobby. Prefect hotel for boat lovers. They have a loading dock. Enjoyed breakfast choices during a time of a pandemic. Friendly staff and felt welcomed. I highly recommend our room King Studio. Was nice to enjoy our snacks that we could refrigerate or microwave. We used the laundry room was so convenient. Thank you for a great experience.

Breakfast was good "EXCEPT " for allowing dogs in the food areas. There were (4) different guest with their dogs and a few customers told them to keep their pets from sniffing, touching their legs.
